This story came to fruition when the author relived his experience of telling his daughter Suzanne a Vermont family story back in 1964. Now, approximately 60 years later, the story continues as he shares it with Ava, his great-granddaughter. Though they are about 1,250 miles apart, their relationship continues through emails, mail, and FaceTime. There is nothing quite like the greatness of family.
Now, as a great-grandfather, he relives the excitement of storytelling that he once shared with his daughter Suzanne.
