Rick moved to Georgia in the 1980s to advance his career and raise his family. Following a career in finance, he now enjoys spending time with his three grown children, writing, cross-country motorcycle trips and long walks with his dog Sadie. His four novels are each set in his adopted home town of Macon, while his next book will be a true crime drama that occurred when he was in high school in Wilmington, Delaware.

Currently serving as State Secretary and on the Exec Committee for the Georgia AIA working for Advocacy Issues in the Georgia Capital. Member of the AIA, Current Member of the Macon Chapter, Past Experience, South West Georgia Chapter
Positions held: President, Programs Chairman and Secretary; represented the local chapter as President-elect by attending AIA Grassroots Leadership training and participated on AIA Presidents Council of State Board of AIA Georgia. LEED Green Associate certified by the US Green Building Council.

I am working on my first book, the story of my father and mother in extraordinary events (WWII) titled "My Doc" and their unique relationship and history.
